We want you to love your shade as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn sunglasses in their original packaging. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shades

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original INDY protective case and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
